Client Intake sessions are conducted via phone every Wednesday between 6 pm – 9 pm.
Each intake session is designed to determine the "must haves" for your trip.
All travelers must enter their client profile in our system. One traveler must pay the Planning Fee before delivery of the detailed quote.
We will provide one to two "first look" options based on your client intake session.
We will provide a detailed quote based on your selection and provide the deposit and booking information.
Next, you can make monthly payments or payments on your schedule until the trip is paid in full.
That's it ... now enjoy your trip! Repeat as often as possible!
